Mimi Thiero Named First-Team All-State

Quaker Valley’s Mimi Thiero has been named to the Beaver County Times Class 3A First-Team All-State after a senior season that cemented her legacy as one of the best basketball players in school history.

Thiero broke the Quaker Valley girls basketball program’s all-time scoring record this season, surpassed 2,000 career points, and recorded her 1,000th career rebound. She averaged a double-double for the fourth straight year while leading the Quakers through a strong 2025-2026 campaign.

A University of Maryland commit, Thiero has solidified herself as one of the best basketball players to come through Quaker Valley. The boosters, the coaches, the fans, and the community could not be more proud.
